I am 52 and have 2 06 ZX10R's 1 is my everyday rider, and the other my track day bike. Wife rides a CBR F4I, so theres another female NOT on a gixer.

The biggest trick is to have a regular program of stretching and basic exercise. And of course, keeping the abs and the back strong with some decent exercises...you can handle almost any kind of riding when you do these basics.

I just turned 27. When my birthday was coming up I had to really sit and think what age I was...I guess I don't get asked as much as I used to haha.
