I'm 31, for another week or so. Then I'll lose track again for the next eleven months.

I have 40 years of serious road and mountain bicycling so I am in shape and loving my two supersports. Yee haa!

I don't think Jamie's gonna want to be your kid anymore.
Not the way I'd prefer to win the adoption race, but I'll take it.

Thank you! I didn't want to be the old guy here! (lol!) How nice to have a dedicated track machine. And a wife that rides?! Very cool!

Thirtysomething myself. Guessing at 35, I'm in the middle of the pack.

Idk if that's a good thing or not though. Especially with this crowd.

The biggest trick is to have a regular program of stretching and basic exercise. And of course, keeping the abs and the back strong with some decent exercises...you can handle almost any kind of riding when you do these basics.

I just turned 27. When my birthday was coming up I had to really sit and think what age I was...I guess I don't get asked as much as I used to haha.
