need help again

i looked to the kawi gurus last time i had some extra pocket money to spend on the10. I have a 08 zx10r i have about $400 to spend. i was thinking a power commander& air filter??? what say you. I have already changed the sprockets to +2 on rear, and i have a m4 gp style pipe.. if i do the filter and pc should i do the block offs and remove secondaries?? i have no access to a dyno, is the powercommander easy to use or do you have to have a dergree in electronics to get the benefits?? anymore ideas?

powercommander is easy to use in my standpoint but to get the best results you need access to a dyno and possibly get a custom map made. there are plenty of maps to download on their site to get it better than the stock mapping.

There's no appreciable power to be gained on the new 10R with a K&N. IMO, you're better off putting that money towards a PCV with Autotune.

A properly mapped PC will make a fairly big difference across the powerband. It wont necessarily give you more power as much as it will smooth out the powerband and strengthen any existing weak spots.

Its a very worthwhile upgrade imo. I have always been happy and noticed a difference with them on my bikes.

You have pretty much covered the basic power upgrades on your bike after a PC. All you can really do now to really see gains is start changing out engine components such as cams and heads.
