Help in identifying wiring

Does anyone know what this wiring is? On my 2006 ZX-10R there are several opaque "plugs" in the underside of the seat cowl area. The one in question is visible once the seat cowl or passenger seat is removed...it is under the "tool kit" area and there is a red wire and a black (?) wire that routes up from the structural cross-piece and then terminates in the plug...they DO NOT come out on the underside of the cowl. It all appears factory since this plug looks the same as the other plugs in the area. Only this plug has the wires. (I initially thought they were the missing wires for my license plate lighting but I found thouse inside the cowl.) Any ideas?
