Yo RiderX...congrats! I just did the same thing and got a black 06 as well last week. I had wondered what the bike would look like with black heat shields on the stock mufflers and presto...you have them. This bike is amazing. The depth of the power, the handling, everything is so strong. Mine has 6300 miles, how about yours?
Mine had 2100 miles on it when i got it has maybe 3300 on it now. I love the bike its a blast to drive. Leaving it stock well except for an exhaust next season. the season is almost over here for us its hitting -1 tonight.

Just trailer it down here for a vacation...it is going to be 102 F today in Tucson!! It will be in the 80's in a few days...you'll love it!
