YES! Much lighter than stock! I wear earplugs when I ride and now I can actually hear my exhausts, sounds awesome!

That bracket is from a 2 Bros kit. I would think that if u go to a hardware store u should be able to find some barckets that work, just use the 4 bolts that held the mudflap in place.
