Good to see you picked one up! You're right about the ECU price and that 6000 rpm power. i get mine out of the shop today and will be going -1 on the front. That should solve the lower rpm issue and its getting ready for the track mid May. i'll post some other pics of what was installed on mine to give you some ideas on what works or doesn't.

BADASS BIKE man!

I only got to ride once so far, other than when i bought it,the roads were wet.
It handles so well.
Keep us informed of your mods.
Im gonna keep the stock can for now but replace the mid pipe and cat with Acropivich mid pipe and servo buddy. I like the sound of the can.

what is your reasoning for going down one in the front?
I was thinking going up 1-3 in the rear.
Im riding street, mostly,, eventually track

Thanks Bungles,
its so cool to have a new bike. My first litre bike.
It has the sort of power that the 14 has but in a lighter more maneuverable chassis.
Riding the same roads. This bike finds and keeps the best line, whereas my 14 your always searching for it.
I was really unsure how it would fit. It feels a lot like sitting on the 06,, zx 14, but the bars are abit closer.
I notice i am riding with more of my weight and mass closer to the front wheel.
Not really cramped at all. Foot position is good, Maybe i could swing the bars forward a tad.
I am 6'2"

That is flipping gorgeous....
I have to have one!
Anyone wanna buy my bike*? Car? Kidneys? Children?
* hold on....the first bike I've fancied, other than the 7... in a very long time....how is it that the big K just come up with an absolute Jem of a machine...just as I'm 'getting too old for sports bikes'...or so I'm told?
It's quite reminiscent of the 'winter test' 10R too...don't you think?
Congrats - yes!
Jealous- me - oh yes!
Damn - there goes my pension, etc, etc, etc.

A ROTM winner yes, really! Blame bungles & WillZX14

Going -1 front is about equal to +3 in the rear. The chain was cut a couple links short so I could only go down in the front which wasn't a problem. Since I'm going to be tracking this bike top speed isn't what I'm after. I think once the front sprocket is installed it will only go about 175ish, but it will have some good torque coming out of the corners. I usually go to Inde Motorsport Ranch in Wilcox, Az and the top speed at that track is around 160 or so on the main straight. So that's why I don't concentrate on top speed. I do want to get out to Cali to try out some of those tracks. They all look to be quality tracks.

Never too old! I turn 40 this year and until my body says no more or the crash is that bad, I will ride until I'm in my 60's.

This is only my second new bike, the first was a 96, zx 7r
Yes it is the winter test livery. I have removed most of the decals. Stripes and snowflakes.
iT Totally looks like BatMans bike,, edges , corners, points
Winter test is the only scheme available for the 10RR.
Good luck to all those who desire.
As much as i admire the H2/R, i was never really into having one. I have been admiring the ZX 10 for awhile.
I was able to sit on a 2015 ZX 10 at the dealer and compare

Hope this helps out with ideas. i'm not sure what else to do other than shorty levers which I can't find on ebay for the Brembo brake lever.

Full Akro Race Pipe

Frame and Case sliders(Vortex Case) replaced all silver fairing bolts with black

Light smoke windscreen replaced silver bolts with black

Integrated tail light

Right side Frame and Case sliders (Vortex case) replaced all silver bolts with black

Aluminum vortex rear sprocket

I'm now debating if i want to take off some of the stickers. Your bike look clean with just the zx10rr and kawi sticker.

Stickers on the plastics come off easy with a hair dryer. The ones on the tank have a coating over them.
Your exhaust is nice. It must sound ANGRY.
I ve got some slide protection on the way.
That tail light is sexy
What could i expect from 2 to 3 teeth up on the rear sprocket ?
Weather sucks here. I only got to ride it once. 350 mi odo
I left the ninja sticker on the left side for now.
I havnt even tried the QuickShifter yet. Want to get some decent break in miles first. Will do a few oil changes .

For brake lever. Check out TST Industries,, Womet brand.. Might work
Not sure if it will fit Brembo

Thanks! i'll get a video of the exhaust and put up the link. You will definitely feel the difference in off the line pick up, but like i said your top speed will suffer a little. As far as the QS, i've been using both up and down but the down shift sometimes blips too much and upsets the bike. its not something you want in a corner when you're trying to slow down and shift at the same time. i'll keep an update of what i find out. definetely turn on both U/D shift capability, its nice.

I'm nearer 60 than I like to admit...but, you never know, the big K might just have invented a 2-wheel rejuvenator...it just looks a bit small, certainly smaller than a 7?
