ok quick question. how and the hell do i get the bolt assembly out of my damn weight!!!!!!?
this is stupid ive got it off the bike sitting right here, the new shiny one is right next to it and i cant put it on because i cant get this damn thing apart

help please

Is there red loctite on the threads of the bolt? If they put too much on, it's stopping you from pulling the bolt out. That stuff is tuff.

On my 14 it's just an allen bolt , it had blue loctite on it.
