set yer "sag" first... you'll need 2 friends to help.. google the proper procedure, then worry bout the rest, i'm sure there's tons of threads here for settings. when I was street riding, I just went with those "magazine settings" they were good enough. The track is a different ball of wax... btw, what do you weigh?
i have that drag pipe and im going to start doing track days, I need the sag setup on my 06 as well... or else the pipe scrapes about 3/4 inch before the pegs do...
