Dynojet Power Commander III (poor mileage)

I have a Dynojet Power Commander III on my 04 ZX10r , i don't know what setting its on as i bought the bike used with the gadget already installed on it with a slip on AKROPOVIC exhaust but i am getting a very poor mileage.
I filled the tank full and the fuel indicator came on after just 70 miles.
Is there anyway i can adjust the Dynojet Power Commander III to a setting where i can get a better gas mileage?

How much do you know about the bike? I know there are different tunes for the PC3's, but I'd think something would have to be downright wrong for it to be that bad. You're talking in the neighborhood of 23 mpg, that's by far the worst I've ever heard from a newer ZX10.

True. I was referring more to the liter class in general, the ZX10 and the models it replaced- ZX11, ZX9, etc. The ZX10 is pretty iconic for this group, but I probably shouldn't use it to define them all I suppose.

Changing map !!! will it make a difference in mileage?

M212-000 Zero Map
M212-001 Completely Stock Bike
M212-001B Completely Stock Bike (updated version of 212-001 based on new production bike)

What are these maps, can these be used by my slip on Akrapovic exhaust to increase gas mileage?
