Taller windscreen for taller riders?
Does anyone know who makes a taller windscreen maybe like a double bobble or something with a "lip" on it??.
I am getting tired of feeling like I'm a bobblehead after I pass 90mph. I am 6'3'' and I want to be able to ride without tucking my head down past 90!.
I have a smoked PUIG but the wind hits me from the neck up because I am tall.

I will check into the PUIG DB I guess.
And yes I am wearing an Icon helmet, so I guess I will upgrade when I have the cash.

I'd look into the helmet first. My wife rode on the back the other day sitting up tall as you please with me in half tuck, at least a half mile at 98 mph and her head didn't bobble a bit in her Scorpion EXO1000, it was pretty windy that day too. Still more than a windscreen, but cheaper than most Shoei and Arai. Well vented too.

First, screw Puig (political reasons not quality... mostly because he and Dani bitch slap Nicky around so they won't get my business ever again). Anyway, onto your question.
Zero Gravity makes a fine product. They too have a typical "double bubble". But they also make a "touring" style screen for sport/hypersport bikes. It's REALLY tall and not to my liking and I stick with their regular double bubble style. But, as I mentioned they DO make a taller one.
Good luck!
PS I'm also 6'3" so I know where you're coming from.

From what I've seen, the LP (and Yana Shiki) screens are ok. Not as nice IMO as Puig, but not nearly as much money either. Decent value for the price. That being said, even "expensive" windscreens are still pretty cheap, so if I was going to do it I'd spend the extra meal at Chilis on the Puig... but that's just me.

Zero Gravity ST series, no lip but you dont need it, I am 6'3" and have it on my 10R its great, DB will not do anything, plus with the ST, you can actually see the speedo without laying on the tank

Hey, that's a pretty nice looking screen. I hadn't ever heard of Zero Gravity. Think I'd go with the DB just for looks, but I'm only 6'.

Do not want to hijack but I am 6'3" as well and am wondering about control layout and overall comfort.

Bars that raise the clip ons so the handlebars have a higher feel to them. these arnt for a zx10, but they're a good example. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Honda...spagenameZWDVW

if you ride on the street, however -1 if it's a track/race bike. I had that taller Zero Gravity touring "ST" screen too. If I used the bike for road riding, this screen is a great option for us taller guys (if a bit fugly, but hell its a Kawi, fugly is a badge of honor for us!). However, I tried it for a single track day, and way hitting my face shield on it all day long. I removed it asap and went back to the Zero Gravity double bubble. Sure enough, the double bubble doesn't do much unless you're in "race crouch".
Oh, and ditto with the heli-bars, great addition for a road bike... not so much for a track/race bike.
/2 cents with change

My assumption is we were talking about street riding, no too many guys who run track bikes look for advice on windscreens

i've tried a few
the lite smoke from kawasaki is nice for the 06-07. it coost me 160.00 at my doorstep. i have the clear mra now. this is the company that makes the one above. bought from twistedthrottle. and it was about 40.00 cheaper.
the quality on these is at least as good as the puig. the hotbodies sucked, holes didn't even line up.
look at the magical racing...from japan. it's expensive though.
