Tweeking suspension for passengers?
Took my wife out on the bike tonight. No issues, she's an excellent passenger, but I'm concerned about the weight. I'm 155, and she's about ten pounds more than me. I could really feel the bike riding soft in back, just wondering if there's something I should do in preparation when I'm going to have someone on the back. Should I jack it up a little, or leave it the hell alone?

you've seen my exhaust? I took a passenger, only 120 pounds or so, and going through a right turn we scraped the exhaust. I was goona harden up my shocks as well... I was going to go to an empty parking lot at night sometime, set up a small course for myself, bring a notepad to log what i did to the suspension, and mess with it, do the course, mess with it, do the same course, etc until its where I want it.

Yeah, I was thinking to stiffen up the damper too, if it's adjustable. I still haven't gotten the owners manual from the seller, there's a lot of stuff I don't know about yet on this bike. My main concern is screwing with it and not being able to get it back- really frigging up my rake and trail etc.
So, one person has thought about this and nobody's done it?
Or is everyone out riding in the summer instead of sitting in front of their computers?

I am a solo rider all the time and I don't track the bike...yet so I've never messed with my suspension cause the current stock setting is serving me well.

Oh, it serves me well too... but it's noticeably [not as well] with another 160 hanging off the back.
