More proof that going in to a road rage situation is never good. Better to ignore the asshole!
The news hosts seem to be on the side of the yellow cab driver, but we can’t know what really happened, and the petty cab driver was cut off by a much heavier vehicle, his life was in jeopardy.
Reminds me of a crazy dude with a German Sheppard dog that ran loose to bite my mom's little old dog which he did, only inches away from my kid! I separated the dogs violently for his dog and he jumped to defend the beast, throwing a punch at my face. I threw him to the ground, and scolded him, badly! Ended there.
5 minutes later I found the young dude again with his girlfriend. I stopped my truck and said to him that I was very sorry that all that had happened, after all we are more o less neighbors. After offering him an apology, he did the same to me which I accepted. And then he said that the only reason he didn’t kick my ass is because my little kid was there!
Thinking of the kid yeah right!
I said nothing and just left! I don’t know if I did right or wrong but that happened!
The catch is; you never know who the other guy is! Better never get in to a fight!
I could have sent him to the hospital! I’m Army! The dude never knew.
But I don’t fight for stupidity!

Your story you told was antoher classic example of douche baggery on the other guys part. "only reason he didn’t kick my ass is because my little kid was there!" If your kid wasn't there, it would have been another reason.
But you are right, you never know who you may be squaring off with.

I had an ol timer, yep older than me, that I was trying to pass (in my car) since he was slow and then he wouldn't let me back in to my lane. I politely flipped him off and he followed us to the parking lot. My wife doesn't usually get involved but told me to keep quiet and she began to scold this guy. After he told my wife that he was going to blow her fucking head off, I walked over to his window and lifted my shirt to show my gun. He left.

By law I’m supposed to carry a piece all the time. It’s Army regulation for someone in my position. But I prefer to leave it at home nearly all the time that I go around civilian.
I don’t know why, maybe I’ve just gotten lazy to carry the thing around.
I wasn’t armed that day!
Again I don’t know if I’m doing the right thing; I just want to feel “normal”.
