A good friend of mine is the head of maintenance at TMS. He learned to ride really fast and well sneaking his bike out onto the track. One day, the owner noticed his bike parked in the employee area and told him if he wanted to take it out onto the track, it was cool. I think they now have new owners or at least new beancounters in charge and things are changing (not for the better) for employees.
