Here's the latest and greatest from EBC; Brakes are a good thing, and these are really good brakes! The post is a little long, but it shows how good these pads really are.
Boasting the highest friction rating possible at a huge 0.6 the new sintered blend includes Molybdenum metal and tungsten additives to enhance lifetime and performance with other friction enhancing . Gone are all the nasty additives like LEAD and cheap and nasty stuff like iron or steel elements that cause rotor stiction and outline etching of bikes when parked in moist atmosphere.

1) Super fast bed in, friction builds to the 0.6 rating after 10-15 stops in race use.
2) Perfect stability over our 300 stop Daytona rig test
3) Extremely low in stop variation, compare this with the previous market leader race pads shown below. (These results are all from the EBC test rig on a Link Dynamometer)
4) Great heat cycling ability, you let the pads cool down after the race and the next day, they repeat the previous race perfect brake performance. In other words they HEAT CYCLE perfectly.
