Official August Ride Of The Month Entry Thread!!
It's the first of the month and you all know what that means...
Time for another Ride of the Month Contest!!!
This thread is for entries.
Voting will be handled in the Official August ROTM Poll thread.
The deadline for entries will be 11:59pm (eastern time) on the 15th of the month. Only 10 entries will be accepted as that is the maximum for the "polling options". It's first come, first served so get them in early. However, there are some rules.
-You must post a picture/pictures that everyone can see. No links!
-We would like to have some info on the bike, including year, model, mods, maybe a little story about you and your bike.
-If you have won a Ride of the Month contest in the last 12 months then you cannot enter that bike again. If you've got a new bike done differently...alright, I'll allow it.
-The entry must be a Kawasaki.
-You must own the bike at the time of entry.
Once the deadline has passed, I will copy the entrant's posts to the voting thread to make voting easier.
Good luck and let's see some of those rides!

My 1998 ZX6R
Custom white paint with stars
Carbon Fiber Devil Bolt-on
Flush mount front blinkers
Integrated LED rear blinkers
Harris ZX grips
Protek frame sliders
Full Bore M1 tires
Relocated license plate
Vortek Sprockets/ RK chain
I bought the bike from my cousin for $1500 on christmas day. I brought it home on Valentines day. And since then I have just been fixing stuff and adding custom parts as I have the money. For what I paid for it and what I put into it I think I have a very nice bike. The fairings were cracked from being laid down a couple times, I plastic welded them back together and repainted the bike myself. It is my first summer owning a bike and it has been great, I ride with my GF all the time. We have put on ~8000 miles. This winter has many projects in store for the bike. The stars were put on about a week ago, Im still not 100% sure whether I like them. From some angles they look great and others they dont.

what the heck i'll give it a try. the bike was originaly black but i let i buddy borrow it (not a good idea). he wrecked the bike and destroyed all my plastics not to mention he dented the frame as well. after 3000 of repair this is how she turned out. o and in case u guys are wondering no i didnt have insurance and the dude didnt pay a F****N dime.
mods: jardaine slip on, k&n filter, shorty pazzo levers, sato racing shifter and rear brake set, smoked front turn signals, custom candy orange paint (with transformers logo ), carbon fiber on all secondary plastics, and a fender eliminator i got from ebay (not sure the brand)
not done with it yet but this is how she stands

New here
I'm new here, so why not make this my first post. I just bought my bike less than a month ago. It's an 05 ZX6R. Yoshimura RS-5 exhaust, -1/+2 sprockets, Power Commander III, and of course, the paint. Not a very good pic, but all I have right now, I will try to get more soon.

The deadline for entries has come and gone. I've copied the entrants' posts into the Poll thread to make voting easier.
For all those wanting to be a part of the ROTM contest, a new entry thread will be started on the 1st of September. For now, it's time for voting.
