well, first time entering in this contest.
its a 2005 ZX10R, this year of zx10 was nicknamed "the beast"
and if you have rode one, you'll know why.
everything you see on the bike was done by me, except the exhaust pipe. it was on when i got it. (but i just recently cut 6 inches off of it)

it has ZX14 Calipers and Master cylinder, along with Galfer Superbike braided brake lines.
has a GPR steering stabalizer, power comander, K&N air filter, GIpro ATRE, and the muzzy exhaust.

everything else on the bike is to make it look good, i pained the wheels, put on the ZX10r stickers (thanks citation), put the tripes on the fairings, and paited everything else black.

its a power house.

before i cut the pipe.

after

My 2008 ZX-10R

I bought this back in November of last year and have about 2700 miles on it so far. I have added a DB windscreen, T-Rex sliders, 09 ZX-6R rear hugger, Leo Vince GP slip on, Power Commander 5, removed the secondary butterflies, K&N, front blinker mod, 1/5th throttle, and fender eliminator.

And just for good measure, here is my track bike as well. It is a 2002 ZX-6R. Track prepped, Akra slip on, race fairings, rear sets, ohlins, etc.

This is my first time entering. I have some old school muscle, my '95 ZX 11D. I purchased her 2.5 months ago for $2000 needing some work. Now I have about $2500 in her and she RIPS! The bike has the following mods:

For looks:
Polished frame, swingarm, forks, triples, bar ends, and footpeg mounts
Chrome plated wheels
Zero gravity smoked double bubble windscreen
Stainless brake and clutch lines
Carbon fiber dash cover and tank protector
LP racing reservoir covers and oil cap
Chrome plated brake rotors
Chrome clutch and brake levers
Superbike grips
Purple underglow--looks very good in the dark
Blackout turn signals--not really my cup of tea but the P.O. did it.
Competition werkes rear fender eliminator
and a Corbin gunfighter seat

Now for the performance:
Muzzy full titanium exhaust--I cut the can apart and straight piped it. Yes its loud.
K&N filter
Pair valve bypass
Airbox water drain bypass--No riding in the rain for me
Bypass kit for oil pan--Keeps the old girl from blowing up like most other 11's
Stainless hoses for bypass and to oil cooler
Custom (by me) alternator chain tensioner. 1000 hard miles and no problems
APE manual cam chain tensioner
Barnett clutch and high tension springs
Revalved forks with 20w oil and stiff springs
Revalved rear shock
Bridgestone Battlax BT-014s--so far I really like them
Timing advancer
Jetted carbs

I chose the 11 due to the rather mild seating position for a sportbike and the very good stability it offers. It can keep up with even the newest monsters and runs like a top. Will do roll on wheelies in 3rd and pull to the rev limiter in 6th in no time at all.

Sorry bud. Throw 'em up for next month. You'll probably scare off most of the competition though...

Zixxxer636, you got my vote. I think it looks 100% better without that swingarm however. Awesome bike bro.

Thanks Bro. I was back in forth with the swing-arm but then i went with it i dont live anywhere near twistys. I do got some more work getting done to in the very near future. i have -1/+2 sproket change coming (super sprox usa) I have gold andoized fairing bolt kit. And then the whole pupose of the stretch was to put a hydrogen genrator on the bike (check out Derby city customs Going green zx-10) but i dont the think the bottle will fit. so Now i m looking at A sneaky pete. Also the guys i ride with are going with the custom big tire thing I felt left out. check us out www.pacesettersmc.com

I hear you on those extensions they just dont look right especially with the stock swing arm on the 6r's. If you want to stretch it do it right. And some one must have a secret about how to get some performance out of stickers because i see alot of them either that they must be sponsored. I dont advertise unless i am going to get paid for it. STICKERS =

Some people might say swingarm extensions = They do kinda defeat the whole pupose of having a nimble 600 cc sportbike. I see them on drag 1000's and 1400's and the like.

If stickers aren't your style then they aren't your style. I don't have them, but I don't have anything against them.

Damn... I like a clean bike as much as the next guy, but I'm a sticker/graphics person. The best part is that stickers can come off if I change my mind. Oh shit...My Nissan has Nismo graphics all over it. I guess I went wrong there too. Sticker envy is a bitch. To each his/her own...
