Official March Ride of the Month Entry Thread!!
It's the first of the month and you all know what that means...
Time for another Ride of the Month Contest!!!
This thread is for entries.
Voting will be handled in the Official March ROTM Poll thread.
The deadline for entries will be 11:59pm (eastern time) on the 15th of the month. Only 10 entries will be accepted as that is the maximum for the "polling options". It's first come, first served so get them in early. However, there are some rules.
-You must post a picture/pictures that everyone can see. No links!
-We would like to have some info on the bike, including year, model, mods, maybe a little story about you and your bike.
-If you have won a Ride of the Month contest in the last 12 months then you cannot enter that bike again. If you've got a new bike done differently...alright, I'll allow it.
-The entry must be a Kawasaki.
-You must own the bike at the time of entry.
Once the deadline has passed, I will copy the entrant's posts to the voting thread to make voting easier.
Good luck and let's see some of those rides!

My 2007 Kawasaki ZX14.
No Mods, Old Blue is all stock just the way I like her. 150+ horsepower is more than enough for the street.
I picked her up in Sept of 2006 after I had recovered from a serious crash in April of 06 http://www.2wheel4fun.com/April30.html . I'm stationed in Germany for the U.S. Air Force and spend my off duty time traveling the Alpine mountains and backroads of Europe.
One of my many trips to Garmisch with Italy being my final destination.

That's a clean 14. I think I'm going to take some new picks and join this month.

This is my 2006 ZZR600. It is my first bike. Bought her stock last year and only got to ride her for
a little bit before it got too cold. Spent this past winter modifying her to be the hottest ZZR600 around.
MODIFICATIONS:
07 ZX6R SE wheels, upgraded front brakes, custom airbrushed windshield, silver painted ram air inlet,
tank pad, K&N air intake, Dynojet Stage 1 Jet kit, D&D slip on muffler, rear tire hugger, rear seat cover,
fender eliminator with integrated turn signals

Cant wait for my first full season of riding.

This is my ZX6R (636) 2006 which I bought in may 2007. I had recently payed a downpayment on a brand new GSXR 600R but as soon as I saw this bike standing in a dealership window I fell in love and just had to buy it. I was almost stock when I got it apart from the paintjob which I think is stunning.
I´ve done some mods of my own which are:
- K&N Air filter
- 520 conversion which gave alot more torque
- Sato Rearsets
- Sato Frame Sliders
- Spool sliders
- Passenger foot pegs removed
- Fender elimination
- Tinted headlights
- Removed mirrors
Plan on an aftermarket exhaust and some minor adjustments this winter.
Thanks.

A little extra grip in the curves.....
You have to protect the rubber from the elements.
