Tail tidy/ Number plate brkt

Hello all,

I have just a tail tidy and plate bracket, does anyone know 2 fit them, not so much the tail tidy it looks straight forward!! just a bit of drilling here & there..

But as you have to remove the old bracket ..where does the new one go ????

Would appriciate any help you can give , pictures etc...
