Condition critical! Well, kinda. I have a problem with 2nd gear slipping back into neutral. Probably a bent shift fork. So , now I have to drop the engine and split the cases. I have been all over here checking into info on droping in a 900R motor. If I can get the money together , and find the motor , that's what I'll do.

You shoulda seen it when I got it......tank all crushed in.....fist sized hole in left side panel....you've seen it before. Bought it from a guy who "thought" he was a stunter. But it runs great, and it's fast as hell.

Looks like a nice lil project. Keep us posted on the progress. I see the tear in your seat, there was a post somewhere on here not too long about a place that makes custom seat covers and I looked into it and I think it was about $40 for one and like $70 if ya got both. They had just about any color you could want and many different styles.

If you're looking for a seat cover try www.gravesmotorsports.com he mostly makes seat covers for quads, but he's working on a carbon fiber seat cover for my ZX6R. He's done a lot of quad covers for me in the past. He's do anything you want, any color, style vinyl, design, he'll even put any logo you want on there, etc. I'll post some pics when he's done with mine. He gets it done in a pretty resonable time too. PM me if you have questions.

I rrecovered my seats with fake leather from an old pair of my sisters pants!
Believe it or not , it works pretty well, and is weather resistant!
