93 ZX7 Restoration Process!

Heres the deal. I bought a 1993 Kawasaki ZX7 for 400$ Cash. Title and All. Ran the VIN, Not Hot.

It was going to be turned into a streetfighter.

It was laid down before I bought it, Tearing coolant lines, Busting the Oil Drain Hose and Various screws Like one of the Clutch Slave Cylinder and Fuel tank bolts were stripped out.

Patched up the Radiator. Now Waiting for the Oil Drain Hose.

This is my First bike and I am doing what I want with it. Currently Getting ready to tear it down and Either A, Strip and Polish the frame. B Paint the Frame Super Gloss Jet Black. And Paint all the plastics Super Gloss Jet Black. I am going to leave the rims green to be a little different.

Heres a recap, Almost ALL the pictures I have taken throughout the process.

Kawasaki Said the Upper cam chain guide was supposed to be in today.

Called them earlier, and they said "We Had an Un Scheduled Shipping Change."

Lol

Hear it purr and roar lol, I noticed there is a little delay/hesitation in the throttle, could be because of the carbs in need of syncing.. But she rides gooooooooood!

Good job getting the bike where it's at today, Yeah it sounds like the carbs need to be synced. Get youself a carb sync tool, they are about $50 but gets your carbs very close to perfectly even acrossed the board. Also may be a stupid question but did you install a new air filter?

Keep up the hard work and keep us posted on the updates. can't wait to see the finished product.
