Bike + Booze = Pain (Fct zx10r 06)

Crashed my baby on Thursday, after to many drinks…way to fast into a bend…locked up the back…highside doing about 140km/h…luckily I only broke my collarbone and scrapped my hip and knee…otherwise I’m ok…

Learnt a valuable lesson: Bike + Booze = Pain

Glad to hear you are for the most part o.k. Sounds like you'll heal up fine.
You walked away with your life and a valuable lesson.

You gonna fix your ride or get another?

Heal up and get back on!!!!

Peace,
"B"

Good to hear that you're okay, but I'm surprised that it took that to realize that those things don't go well together.

Things happen fast enough on a bike when you're sober, and can happen all too easily in the best of conditions.

Words of wisdom from my father: "When you think that you are the master of the machine, the machine will always show you something new."
