Hello everyone.
new rider here
Got my 2008 Ninja ZX6R on Saturday April 5th.
Got the bike with zero miles on it and already have 510 miles...
I'm glad to be here and hopefully I'll enjoy the stay.

thanks, you two.
I haven't done anything to the bike, yet, as i can't get enough of it as it is.
But I'll be getting some mods done in the near future:
Sliders (already ordered)
HIDs (low and high beam)
exhaust
filter
power commander (perhaps)
fender eliminator kit

*knock on wood* haha
Im currently looking for frame sliders - the ones that require cutting, as I hear bad things about them "no cutting required" sliders... so what's a good place to get them at without getting charged an arm and a leg for them?

Nice bike, just picked my black one up last week. The only thing i'm contemplating on doing is changing the chrome decals to flat black....not sure how it will look tho.
The thing you have to worry about with no cut sliders is if you get cheap ones they will most likely do more damage than not having any at all - Spend the extra couple dollars and get a good set. That way you don't have to worry about the brackets breaking/bending in the event of a crash.

I Just Got Some Vortex Sliders For My 07 From Parts Unlimited. They Were A Few More Bucks Than Some Other Brands But They Seem To Have Alittle More Quality. I Had To Cut My Fairing But Its Simple Enough As Long As U Dont Hurry It, And Do It Right.

Great ride. I like the red on black. A db windscreen will help you see the top of your tach a little better.
