Thanks BlueBomber, It was your bike that I saw and said "I gotta do that". The kit that are sold are spendy so I figured I would make my own.

Yeah that is definetly a nice lookin job I will be sure to show that to my 12r ridin buddy he wanted something like mine but didn't like the devil eyes they made for it. those would be a great alternative for him.

Thanks BlueBomber. The LED strips are ez to work with. They are flexable so you can bend to any shape you like. You can cut them every 3rd light. Also come in red, yellow,white,green and I'm sure other colors. I'm planning on using them for the blinkers and tail light too. I will post pics when i get it done.

If there anything like the 14 you have to put them in an oven about 140 degrees for several minutes and them carefully pry them apart after you flip all the little latches.

I'm guessing he has them split off of normal headlight wires?

Mine are powered seperate off the battery with an in line fuse and toggle switch up in the dimple area of the left intake cover just to the left of the instruments I have some pics of the install of the switch in a thread called angel eyes.
