Question Brake and Throttle cable Lube?

What's involved in lubing the brake and throttle cables? can anyone post a how-to?

Any recommended types of lube?

There is a little tool that you can buy with a can of lube. The directions that come with it will show you what to do. It's pretty quick and easy to do.
