Changes on your 250 or 500

What is the one thing you have done to your bike that makes you the happiest. Mine has to be the pro oiler

Changing to the EX 500 rear shock. Huge improvement in handling.

And ... welcome!

Take your time. They are pretty popular on flea-bay... I got mine at a salvage yard. I probably paid a bit much for it, considering its condition, but it made a big ol' difference.

A Pro Oiler is used to lube the chain. Instead of a gravity system like the scott, it uses a pump. The only time it puts out is when the chain is being used.
It will pay for itself if you keep the bike.
I am older, so I don't use mine as a canyon chaser, I use it as a sport tourer.
I have 15/42 gearing
Pro Oiler
TomTom Rider
Bike computer
Handlebar Risers
Progressive fork springs
heavier fork oil
Tank Bag
Soft saddlebags

I am also slowly putting the componants togather for cruise control.
