Please Help! Headlight, Marker lights and tail light won't come on

My girlfriend has an 01 ninja 250 and all of the sudden the headlight, tail light, and marker lights quit working. The turn signals and the break light are still working though. Ive checked the fuse in the box and all of the connections (I think) and cant seem to find the problem. I found the relay for the turn signals but is there one for these lights that I haven' found yet?
Any help would be great...
