Vortex vs woodcraft

Will the vortex 37mm fit after I lower my front end without any problems? They are cheaper than the woodcrafts which I hear are a dream. But the vortex are cheaper but don't have risers like the WCs....

Why in the world would you need to lower your ninja 250? Woodcraft makes damn good stuff by the way!
