Ninja 250 stalls after revving engine

I just bought a 07 Ninja 250 with 1600 miles, the carbs were clogged and the seller took it apart and cleared the clogs, but I have this interesting problem, whenever I rev up the engine it will stall when the speed comes back down, it also happens when I press in the clutch after going at speeds over 30 or so, the only way to stop it from stalling is by lightly giving a bit gas right after I press the clutch, I've noticed that it happens more often if I first let the gas go and letting the engine brake for a few seconds and then when I press the clutch it will instantly stall.

I was told that it might be some remaining clog in the carbs, so I ran a few tanks with Lucos, but I still have the problem (it might of improved a bit but still happening) I tried increasing the idle speed and it helps a bit, but it still happens, and it just revs the engine at 3k for no reason.

please help

He probably took out the main the jet and cleared the clog but didn't clean out the pilot jet. Don't waste your money on additives. Take the carbs completely apart and blow out all the air passages

Not sure. Hopefully someone else has another idea.
Are you taking his word that he did the work? Did he do the job correctly?
If there was a "clog" then the rest of the carb was clogged up. It doesn't take much to clog up the pilot jet or any of them. The holes are very small.
Are the carbs tight on the intake side? Maybe he forgot to tighten the hose clamps.

I had the same problem with my 05 250 when I hadn't run it in a long time. I took it in to get it cleaned out and that fixed it. I'm not mechanically inclined at all so I'm not sure what exactly they cleaned, but it worked like a charm. Sorry I'm not that helpful but I'm sure that it is just something that needs to be cleaned over something being broken, so its a start.

I was there so I know that he cleaned all 4, by the intake do you mean intake of the engine or intake of the carburetor, because as far as I remember the only clamps are between the engine and the carburetor (and I've tightened them) I don't remember any clamps between the filter and the carbs.

Maybe I need to take it apart again, I hope that I don;t need to.

Can it be that it just needs to be synced?
