I live in Long Beach and my son just bought a 2008 Green 250R yesterday. The fender eliminator sounds good, but it looks like some irreversable modifications are need to install it.

The thing I notice is that the fender eliminator kit must require cutting the entire plastic tail section off below the stock tail light assembly on this model. That makes me hesitate on the idea.

Nnja 250 fender eliminator

You are correct it does require cutting. All the ninja kits do because of the design of the rear end. I can supply you with a cut fender so you can keep your original parts. Email me Scott@speedtacitics.com we can discuss it.

So let me get this straight and please correct me if I'm wrong. You designed this fender eliminator kit without have a template or a bike to test it on?

You are wrong. You have been corrected. We have already measured the bike and used a stock fender to fit the eliminator kit. We don't just make plans from thin air.
Now we need a bike to photograph it on. It's that simple!

I stand corrected. most kits require cutting. We simply cut the rear fender flush and our kit mounts to that. Our entire kit weighs 8 oz.
