=====Need Help with a Stator 500r====

Hey guys. I have a friend who has a 1995 500R and needs a new stator for it. I have found some on ebay for ex500 but not sure if that will work. Can anyone tell me what years and models will work? I dont want to tell him to order the wrong thing.

By the way, I'm 2 weeks into my 05 zx6r and freaking luvin it!!!!!

I was told by my mechanic that almost all stators are make model and year specific and all have to match. but it shouldn't be that hard to find, your local kawi dealer should be able to get one fairly cheap.
