hello im looking at the ninja 250 and the zx6r

i wanted to asj a few questions about the ninja 250r

what are they like for general riding (town/to work etc etc) and what are they like for full throttle knee down country roads?
what kind of speed can i get restricted and derestricted?
where is the restriction?
is it worth getting the 250r or the zx6r?
