Sure, why not? It looks beautiful, and if you want to keep it that way you shouldn't have any trouble. I started out on a 10R which has a way higher power to weight ratio than the ZX11, going on 14,000 miles and still alive, so... just respect it and you'll be fine.

I rode with a guy with a 11 a couple of months ago. I think his was a 95, but they are pretty quick
