New Blue LEDs: 2006 Zx-6r

Since I'm an equal opportunity poster I figured I would post these here as well, also on the kawi forums.

Thought I'd show off my new Blue LED's on a 2006 ZX-6R. In case you weren't aware, it is legal per PA Motor Vehicle Code Section 4310 to utilize blue illumination for increased rider visibility. (That means you CAN ride on the roadway with lighting on your bike, however ONLY in the color blue.)

I placed these on perfectly to get just the right 'glow' without being obnoxious to other riders and traffic. It's just for improved visibility, yet looks great!

I like it, I'm waiting on a few more micro nine leds from custom dynamics to go with the front end mods I did last year. Plan to light up the chrome rims from under the fenders tested it with an extra one and it looks sweet with the blue chrome reflections as the wheel turns.

Thanks Bomber. I saw your bike, very good looking shade of blue. I would really like to see your images once you get the fender led's on... if I could squeeze that in on my front fender and rear hugger, it would be pretty beautiful to witness. I have the Hot Bodies (Poorly sized as usual) Hugger on the back, there is enough room to have a hair implanted into the tire so, it would be tricky.

I plan on putting one more pod (I have a few leftover) in the front Ram Air vent which would look nice in a parked position.

Have you checked out custom dynamics they have leds called micro 3 and micro nine they put out a lot of light that is what I have in the air intake on the 14 they are about as thick as a dime and a 1/4 in. by 1/2 in. long very easy to tuck in almost anywhere.
