While not trying to state the obvious, I'd suggest calling one of the local powdercoaters and ask them directly...

we are not set up all the way but when we do that shit will be cheaper than other people and qualtiy will be the main focus. we will try it out on some small stuff first but then we will go bigger. the link you sent is good because it is caswell which is the only name in powder coating if you want quaility. we havent purchased the gun yet but we are on the move to get completly set up some time after the first. where exactly are you located? shipping will be the main headache but we are trying to get some jobs lined up and then worry about turn around time for people so they are not off the road to much.

Eastwood Company makes a lot of powder coating tools and supplies for the average Joe and they have a great selection of colors.

I payed $240 to flat black the frame, subframe, and swingarm. And that was with sandblasting the frame only.

powder coating rims look cool, just make sure they tape off the sidewalls of the rims (dont powercoat them) they will chip like a bitch when to change the tires, least thats been my experience, but what do I know, somebody will probably say i am full of it
