Frame slider for ZX-10R

I just bought a pair of frame sliders no cut fromLockhart Philipps for my ZX-10 R. The explanation provided with the sliders do not really explained how they should be monted on the bike.
Did anyone buy the same ones? If so, could you, please explain to me how they are to be installed...
Sorry I am all thumbs, and not that mechanically talented.

Z.

if you're not mechanically inclined, then i would suggest taking it to a bike mechanic to have them installed.

last thing you need is your motor mounts to go wiggling loose as you're riding.
