Fuel Pump Problems - 95 zx6r

Hey guys, I recently put in a new motor on my 95 zx6r and am having troubles with the fuel pump. Everything was working fine before the motor swap (except for the spun bearing on the crankshaft...) but now with the new motor when i turn the bike on or try to start it the fuel pump wont run. It doesn't appear to be getting a signal as I checked the voltage to the pump and there wasn't any. Everything else is working fine (we got the engine to fire up and run for a little bit by manually running the pump) except for this, as far as we can tell. Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this? All the fuses are good and there doesnt appear to be any damage to the wiring harness, so i'm out of ideas... thanks in advance for any help

got a electircal schmatic for the bike ? time to start diag and see where voltage STOPS before pump.....

no, i've been trying to dig up a wiring diagram but havent had any luck. anyone happen to have one or know where to get one? also, another person i talked to suggested that the pump relay was the problem (he had the same problem with a zx9r). this may be a dumb question but where is my pump relay?

fuel pump relay is a little black box under the drivers seat on the exhaust side of your bike, i would also check the kickstand switch and the right handle bar switch and i think power goes thru the juction box (fuse box) as well
my bike had that problem and it ended up being the ign. switch when i would wiggle the button right it would start hope this helps
