Battery?

Ok so yesterday i went to go start my bike and it would turn over but it seems like the battery was dying. I didnt get a chance to get the charge on the battery but my question is if the battery is not fully charged will the bike still turn over but not enough juice to start? thanks

yes. it may have enough juice to turn the starter but not enough to turn the starter and provide good spark.

Maybe. The battery may be on its way out though.

cold batteries DO NOT WANT TO RELEASE THE CHARGE .... that y cars are hard to start in cold country (east coast winter crap) now that you have a full charge it will work fine till next time ya let it sit in the cold again.... make sure its full of water and do a load test to make sure its not getting weak....... shouldnt drop below 10.5v when loaded for 10seconds.....
