no power

I have a '07 zx-6r with 17,000 mi and i recently had the valves adjusted and and when i got it back the bike would hesistate at around 5000 rpm and the fi would flash so i took it to the dealer and after a month of having it they still don't knoe what is causing the problem, they replaced 2 stick coils they said were bad and according them it only helped slightly. Any ideas?

Question valves too tight?

i had the same problem years back with my zx6 ninja..
the valves were too tight..not saying thats the problem, but would start right back at the basics..
did you have the problem before the valves were adjusted?

so i just talked to the dealer after they had it a month trying to figure out what the problem is and they said the cams were off one tooth, and my exhaust vavles were a little too tight. I didn't have this problem until after i got the vavles adjusted from someone my buddy from the dealer recommended. I guess you can't teach an old dog new tricks. thanks for the help guys.
