Put in engine, need help.

So from those who know my blown motor story. I just put in another engine yesterday and i just had a few questions on where this and that goes.

First, from what these look like, im guessing they are map sensors but no sure. Either way, i have one connected and the other one has a nipple on the bottom but no hose in sight. Is it supposed to be connected or left alone.

Next, my radiator sits wicked close to the manifold. Thats not normal is it? I forgot how far away it sits when i removed it. I'm thinkin about cuttin and welding my own bracket from the block to the radiator to fix this.

Lastly, the coolant reservoir hose that comes from the bottom of the reservoir needs to go to the radiator. Can someone just take a quick look at there 06 636 and tell me which way its routed. I wanna route it the proper way so it doesnt get kinked or burned or w/e might happen. Thanx.

Do you have the service manual? If not someone just posted a link to a free version yesterday.

So everything is all set. Now when i try to start the bike, theres a buzzing noise coming from the battery. The starter doesnt even turn. I think i got some wiring wrong. Idk what it is.

If you still don't have a manual, view this sight's OEM parts diagrams.

You should put a little more history into your other exhaust vapor post, so members will have a better picture that this could be due to the recent engine rebuild and not an extraordinary EFI issue...could save time getting a better answer.

Also create a new thread within the ZX-6 forum area, in case there's a 6 owner who can show you his engine top.

No this isnt the problem. The engine was put back correctly. I know this for sure. Every vacuum hose was routed the same way too.
