i laid my bike down a couple days ago.... and when i pulled off the bottom plastics there was this lil rubber grommet looking thing sitting in it.. and i cant figure out where the hell it goes.... i got 2 pics... can take more if needed.. any one???
you mean the rubber that goes between the 2 screws that hold the tank down or the back??? cause either way i have those.. i am assuming it is something around the engine area... since it was right in the lower fairing just sitting there when i pulled it off.. it couldnt be anything for the exhaust could it??? come on.. some one has to knoW!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can't be from the exhaust... The exhaust is to hot and would melt the rubber. Only other thing I could think of is may be a grommit for a fairing bolt hole but it doesn't look like it.
