Acquired an 06 ZX6R
I just got an awesome deal on an 06 636, and had a couple of questions. The bike is in fairly good shape and can tell that it has been dropped at least once. It only has 4k miles on it. The bike has a full Jardine exhaust, HID lights, ProTek rearsets, braided lines, Woodcraft stator cover, and an MSR clutch lever.
The lap timer is stuck on lap 99, how do I reset it back to lap one? the reset button doesn't seem to work with any button combo, holding it down...etc
The horn button doesn't work, let alone I can't find the horn, is it hidden under the nose fairing, between the headlights? and yes...the fuse is a-ok.
The steering feels extremely sensitive, almost to the point where it feels loose but everything is snug and no play in the headset. Tire pressure is about 34psi. Would a damper correct this?
Also the clutch doesn't feel very tight, is there anyway to check to make sure it's not about to go out or know how much time is left on it? or do I just need to adjust the lever?
Is there anything about this bike to be on the look out for?
