95 zx-7 fuel delivery problem

hi everyone i'm new to this forum and was hoping someone could help me i have a 95 kawasaki ninja zx-7 with 27000 miles on it it died on me recently it it will start up on full choke but if you throttle it at all it bogs down and dies so i put it in the shop the mechanic says he replaced the fuel filter, fuel pump, spark plugs and cleaned the carbs he says it runs mint when hooked up to his i v bag but as soon as you hook all the fuel lines back up it runs like it did when i put it in there he can't seem to or doesn't want to try and figure it out so i was hoping someone here might have an idea.

This being the case, I would suspect the fuel tank. Maybe the vent tube is clogged or the fuel on/off/reserve valve is malfunctioning. I have the same problem with my ZX11 and that is what I am going to check next. Good Luck.

I'll post back if I figure it out......

Maybe one of your fuel lines is collapsing when the tanks is installed.
