2000 zx6r no power

OK I just joined, so forgive me if this is a repeat question. I have a 2000 ZX6R with 32K miles on it. I have owned it since new, and always performed routine maintenance. My problem is the bike has no power. It just happened all of a sudden. It's like it's starving for fuel at all rpm's. Things I have done within the last 2 weeks: adjust valves, clean air filter, clean carbs, sync carbs, replace fuel filter, check fuel pump, checked all coil sticks, check IC ignitor, check pickup coil, replace spark plugs, new gas in tank. I verified that each cylinder is getting spark.

I checked the compression before the valve adjustment, but not after. I did not check the throttle position sensor, because I don't have the test plug. I can just splice into the wires if I need to. The fuel pump runs, but I did not check it with a fuel pressure guage. My brother has the same bike so I swapped fuel pumps, but it ran the same. The bike uses no oil, and doesn't smoke at all. It ran like a dream before this. I'm an aircraft mechanic, so i'm no dummy. I just can't figure this one out. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Did it start right after you put it back together? If so I had the same problem. I forgot a vacuum line and left it off. It seemed like it was not getting fuel. First gear was ok but not really and 2nd gear on it wouldn't get over 30mph. I would look into that first. If thats not your case then IDK?

It started fine after I put it back together. The compression is 150-160 on all cylinders while the engine is warm. I had to crank it for 15 seconds (with the throttle wide open) to reach those numbers, is that normal? The only thing I haven't checked is the actual fuel pressure, and the throttle position sensor. Would the TP sensor cause it to run this way? If the valves were too tight, or need replaced I would expect the compression to be lower than it is.

EDIT: fuel pressure is 2.6psi, and the throttle position sensor checks good. I guess I will tear it back apart and check the valve clearance again. If they are tight again i'm assuming they need replaced. I can't believe that nobody on this forum has heard of this problem. Mabe all the good mechanics are out riding like I should be!!
