clutch help

hey i have a 1995 kawasaki ninja zx9r just got the bike the clutch does not seem to slip at all it pulls super hard in all gears the only problem is the lever has to be let out almost all the way to get it moving in 1st gear is there an adjusment for that or does it need a new clutch thanks alot.

See if there are any fluid leaks etc with the hydraulic clutch master cylinder

yeah i checked her out preety good no visible leaks anywhere?
