ZX10B in ZZR1100C

After redistributing my ZX10B all over a piece of north Wales i was left with an engine that is now in aZZR1100C chassis,i've used ZZR carbs and airbox also tank as these all came with.The ten engine is the same cept bore,will i have jetting problems etc?.I have got as far as engine turning over all is near complete.All advice and witty comment gratefully received!

Well since i posted this ive tried to start it and only succeded in setting light to the carbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
