For those who've not been there before please be aware that there is usually a large police presence when an event is on. Also be aware that the roads around there, especially the A406/North Circular, are swamped with GATSO's so watch yer speed.
My back (trapped nerve) seems to be easing so Ella & I should be there.
I can also handle the translations for any French riders who make it over.

Sadly I won't be able to attend thanks to "de Quervain disease" effectively making my left hand useless, have not even had the recall done yet, 6 weeks off the bike and counting :(

Sorry to here that Ian, but it's good to see you back on the site even though the adverts are getting to plague proportions.

I have been keeping an eye due to the good people that visit this site, but don't enjoy the changes, so have been staying in the background. Hope you all have a great day (or two)!

Our journey starts tomorrow! France to London via the chunnel, stay overnight around Westminster, Thursday ride up to Preston, and then Saturday, back to London for the pre-meet drinkies with Bagman et al. (note to self, pack the paracetamol for Sunday morning).

Cheers, George. You'll know me. I'll be on the silver GTR. (Sorry. That's an old joke from FJR owners).

The plan for the South West posse's trip up so far is.
Bagman and Kezbo meet up at Chivvy cross petrol station at 9.30 am..
up the A30 to meet up with Hitman at the M5 Exeter services.. ( unless you have a better place for meet and coffee Chris ) at 11am.
Then Back on the A30 - A303 - M3 - M25 - M4 and North circular road to the hotel..
If anyone else wants to hook up for the ride to the hotel let us know where on route to meet you.
with a stop for lazy lunch ( near stonehenge perhaps.. any ideas ?) we should get to the hotel between 4 and 5 depending on the congestion in the last 50 miles
Stu..
note.. remember to swap mobi numbers at Exeter.. just in case..

Excellent Stu. Exeter Services is quite convenient and probably the best place to meet up. Just a short detour off the road. I'll be there waiting by 11am. I'll PM you and Ron my mobile.

Good to put some faces to the names.
Boomer & Bagman were easilly identified but scarilly enough.......... Hitman looks exactly like his avatar!
Hope everyone had a good ride home.
