Hi Chris, Could not understand the last digit of your phone number on my answering machine. If you are refering to the push pins used as body panel fasteners, push the center circle in about 1/4 inch, this will release the tension on the outer ring's "fingers" and allow you to get a fingernail under the outer ring and pull it out.
