FINALLY! Area P, PCIII, and no flies!!

Hey All,
First off, thanks to Jammin and Chi for patiently answering my questions the past few weeks! Had the flies out last weekend, but left the bike apart expecting to receive the Area P and PCIII this week. Received them tonight, and of course skipped dinner to install them.
All the instructions were clear and to the point, and the install only took about an hour and a half. A good chunk of that was putting the fairinf back on. Fun began on startup, when that low Area P burble sang for the first time. Took her out on the nearest straightaway and nailed it in second. I SWEAR the back tire broke loose (its cold here)! Power difference is significant, and you have to hold on extra tight now.
Did two runs on the interstate and noticed the same lack of need to downshift that everyone else talked about. Also, my MPG seems to have risen, and will bear watching.
Anyway, I am riding to work tomorrow, and am going to sneak off early to get some more time in. So far, I highly recommend these mods. Get the Tankslapper kit too, cause Jerry doesnt have one yet and it feels good to be one up on him....

I have a spare set of injectors from a zx14 and I'm thinking seeing they are larger than the GTR1400 I may just try them, yes the flies are out of them..

Reese, glad it worked for you.

Too bad we got snow here in chicago, else I'd be riding too.

For now it's in hibernation - at least until late march or april, whenever it gets over 40-50F.
