Warranty Question

I'm not a cheap person but I also don't like spending money when I don't need to. My C14 has 1200 miles. I changed the oil at 125 miles and I was going to take it to Kawasaki to get the oil & rear end fluid changed by them. I'm afraid that if I don't have them do it I might have a warranty problem down the road.

The services that MUST be performed by the dealer have a "K" to the left of them in the service schedule.

Save your receipts for oil, filters etc. and a record of date and mileage when you changed the oil. That should take care of any warranty question.

It wouldn't be a bad idea to record what the oil looked like when you pulled it out either. Run a magnet through it to check for large metal particles. If possible record the other adjustments that you made while you were doing the service.
