passenger peg extenders

Hey Guys and Gals,
I have been selling passenger peg extenders over on the ZRXOA web sight for several years. With the suggestion of many people that have bought them from me, I am now making them for the C-14 or GTR. I have my own websight where you can see what they look like on the ZRX and a photo with order info. for the C-14 should be on my site in a couple of days. www.vixfix.com

I have actually sold these to a couple of C-14 owners already with great reviews. My wife has made me put a set on every bike I own. I even modified a set to use on my FJR 1300.

Anyone interested in a set of these can e-mail me at vicnvray@hotmail.com and I wil give you the order info. If someone can tell me how to attach a photo I will put photos on this thread for you to see what they look like on the bike.

I like the aluminum extenders, but do not like the chrome pegs. Any chance of doing some without the chrome?

peg extenders

The peg I use is just an aftermarket peg. You could actually use about any kind of bolt in peg you wanted. One of the reasons I use a bolt in peg instead of the stock is because they allow a little more room for the passenger to move thier feet from side to side. Over an extended mile trip being able to move in the slightest bit adds to the comfort level. Actually these pegs look really good on the bike.

There are a couple of options for the bolt in foot pegs. They actually make one with Kawasaki inlayed in the foot portion of the peg and I found an all alluminum peg with holes in the foot portion of the peg. If you are interested I can sell the extenders and let you pick the pegs.

Gary,
Stock pegs don't work with these extenders. There was a reason that we used a different peg. The stock pegs are short and allow for very little movement of the foot. The aftermarket peg that we use is a little bit longer than the stock peg giving the passenger a bit of room to move the foot to adjust for comfort. I know it's not much space but over the distance of a long ride being able to move your feet around just a little bit can make a world of difference for comfort. These have worked so well for us my wife has asked me to put a set on every bike I have owned. They actually look good to. I guess a good compliment is no one ever notices they aren't stock. When I put the first set on my ZRX several years ago I was worried I would mess with the look of my bike but after putting them on it I thought it actually complimented the look of the bike very well.

Gary,
A set of extenders without the pegs $90.00 shipped. Let me know when you need them. I have them ready for shipping.

Kind Regards, Vic Ray
